WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawal of members' assets will only be allowed in the following cases:
1. When the status of associate of the Savings Bank is legally lost, according to the cases provided for in Article 6 of this Statute, in which case the liquid amount that it has in its possession will be delivered, deducting the amounts that it owes for concept of loans.
2. Death of one of the applicant's direct relatives
3. Acquisition of main residence
4. Main house remodeling
5. Release of mortgage on the main residence
6. Birth of a son.
7. Illness of the applicant or immediate family members
8. Marriage of the applicant
9. Purchase and/or repair of a vehicle.
10. Enrollment in basic, secondary, higher or postgraduate education courses; enrollment in professional improvement courses, acquisition of equipment, books and study material to improve their educational level and performance in their work.
11. Total or partial purchase of insurance policies.
In the cases of ordinals 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th, the withdrawal will be partial up to eighty percent (80%) of the total uncommitted available assets, it will not be able to obtain loans for six (6) months from the date the partial withdrawal is granted.

REASONS WHY YOU CAN REQUEST PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
1. Acquisition of Main Home
to. Option to Purchase the Property in the name of the CAPUM associate.
2. Main House Remodeling
to. Copy of Property Documents in the name of the CAPUM associate.
b. Copy of the UPDATED Main Residence Registry.
c. Original Budget Remodeling.
3. Release of mortgage on the Main Home
to. Copy of Property Document in the name of the CAPUM Associate, where the Mortgage that maintains the home is recorded.
b. Copy of the UPDATED Main Residence Registry.
4. Birth of a son
to. Birth Certificate issued by a hospital establishment and/or birth certificate.
5. Illness of the applicant or immediate family members
to. Medical report and/or invoice for the purchase of medicines or medical treatment in the name of the CAPUM associate.
6. Death of one of the applicant's direct relatives
to. Death certificate.
7. Marriage of the applicant
to. Certificate or Certificate of Marriage.
8. Purchase and/or repair of a vehicle.
to. REPAIR
Yo. Budget or Vehicle Repair Invoice owned by the CAPUM Associate.
ii. Document certifying ownership of the Vehicle.
b. BUYS
Yo. Document certifying ownership of the Vehicle.
9. Enrollment in basic, secondary, higher or postgraduate education courses; enrollment in professional improvement courses, acquisition of equipment, books and study material to improve their educational level and performance in their work.
to. Budget or Invoice for payment of studies or school or university enrollment or for payment of improvement courses or Invoice for Purchase of equipment and/or materials and school supplies; in the name of the CAPUM Associate.
10. Purchase of insurance policies
to. Estimate or Invoice for Policy paymentinsurance card in the name of the CAPUM Associate.
